fiction and made up stuff

I’m a novelist and a comedy scriptwriter. Current projects include a crime thriller series and a sitcom. I’ve also recently had a comedy pilot made by Audible with Julian Rind-Tutt, Pauline McLynn and Susan Wokoma. As soon as it’s available I’ll let you know.

I’m a writer and story-liner for the fitness app Zombies, I’ve had scripts optioned by BBC3 and I’ve written for Newsjack. I was one of the winners of the BBC Writer’s Room Laughing Stock competition in 2011.

I used to write erotica for Black Lace under the name Mathilde Madden – including three novels about sexy werewolves. Including, yes, the book that was declared of literary merit by a US court.

I’ve written a Doctor Who short story for Big Finish’s Short Trips. It’s called Wet Walls and it was read aloud by the amazing Peter Davidson (SQUEEE!)

A really long time ago I was on the writing team for the online game Perplex City for the company that went on to create the massive Moshi Monsters. I also starred in the Doctor Who episode ‘Earthshock’. I am pictured starring in it below.
